Ah Kong's Clock

What were some of the things that you thought about as you read Ah Kong's Clock?  Do your Grandparents think you are special?  How do they show you that they care?  Do you have something in your family that has been passed down from generation to generation?  What do you think tomorrow will bring?  Let us know what you think!

I like this book because it's based on the author's and illustrator's experiences and wishes. I also like it because the author involves the reader. The illustrations are realistic and vivid.

I think this book was good. Simple and very, very easy to read because the letters were big. But I didn't really get the story. Exactly why is it so special about a broken clock being fixed?
I thought this was a book about the relations between a grandfather and child but I really don't know how this book is to do with any of that.

  3. I know my grandparents treat me very special because they care & love me. Certain traditions have been passed down from geNerations. Tomorrow will bring a lot of changes.
